Lara's soprano soars over this rich blend of Celtic and middle eastern instrumentation. The CD features seven original songs, plus the Sri Mahisasuramardini Stotram, and a traditional melody from Spain. It showcases Balkan music sensation Jesse Manno, who coproduced the CD, with Lara. Other musicians include Ty Burhoe on tablas, James Hoskins on cello and gadulka, Sandra Wong and Anthony Salvo on violins, Emily Bowman on viola, Susan Zevenbergen on harp, and Jesse Manno on lutes, flutes and percussion. Lara plays harp, tamboura and percussion on the CD.
